Romero Britto visits Berlin

Pop-artist Romero Britto visited Berlin today to attend an opening of his exhibition. Born in Brazil, he moved to Miami several years ago where he gained popularity. Later on the Kennedy family became his prime supporter. In 2007, he designed the opening ceremony together with the Cirque Du Soleil.

His style is colorful and filled with positive energy. But not only his paintings and sculptures are impressive, he took also the time to sign his works - or, if you couldn’t afford one, the invitations of the opening. In most cases he even added a small impromptu drawing. Very cool.
